Refund & Guarantee Policy
At Elite French Bulldog Puppies, we stand behind the health and quality of every French Bulldog puppy with full transparency and family-backed guarantees. This policy ensures your confidence from reservation to your puppy’s forever home. Please read carefully before placing a deposit.
Deposits & Reservations
A non-refundable deposit of $500 secures your chosen puppy and position in the litter. This covers veterinary care, socialization, and administrative costs already invested. Deposits are transferable to another available puppy within 12 months if your selected puppy is no longer suitable.
Health-Related Returns (72-Hour Guarantee)
If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a serious congenital defect within 72 hours of delivery or pickup, contact us immediately with written proof. We will offer a full refund (including shipping) or a replacement puppy from the next available litter of equal value. The puppy must be returned in original condition (except for the diagnosed issue) at our expense.
Health-Related Returns (1-Year Genetic Guarantee)
We provide a 1-year guarantee against life-threatening hereditary conditions (e.g., hip dysplasia, heart defects). If confirmed by two independent veterinarians, we will replace the puppy or issue a full refund (excluding shipping). Spay/neuter must be completed by 12 months to maintain this coverage.
Buyer’s Remorse & Non-Health Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable for changes of mind, lifestyle changes, or allergies discovered after purchase. We encourage virtual visits, video calls, and allergy testing before commitment. Final payment is due at 8 weeks of age and is non-refundable.
Shipping Refunds
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the puppy is in transit. If delivery fails due to our error (e.g., incorrect address provided by us), we will reship at no cost. Buyer-provided incorrect addresses void shipping refunds.
Puppy Return Logistics
Approved returns must occur within 5 business days of diagnosis. We arrange and cover return transport via insured pet attendant service. Puppies must include all original paperwork, microchip intact, and be in good condition (beyond the health issue).
Non-Returnable Scenarios
We do not accept returns for behavioral issues, incompatibility with other pets, or failure to follow our socialization and transition guidelines. All puppies are home-raised and pre-socialized—ongoing training is the owner’s responsibility.
FIP & Infectious Disease Clause
No refunds will be issued for FIP, FeLV, FIV, or other contagious diseases contracted after departure. All puppies test negative before leaving and include a health certificate. We recommend isolating new puppies for 14 days.
Spay/Neuter Contract
All pet puppies are sold with a mandatory spay/neuter agreement by 6–8 months. Failure to comply voids all health guarantees and may result in a breach fee.

Email support@elitefrenchbulldogpuppies.com with vet reports, photos, and microchip number within the guarantee window. Our family personally reviews every case, typically within 24 hours.
